Walters & Cohen is an architectural practice based in London, England. The practice's completed work includes public and private buildings, educational, commercial, housing and cultural projects. The practice was founded by Cindy Walters and Michál Cohen in 1994 and employs architectural staff from around the world and practice has received attention for the high percentage of female staff. Cindy Walters and Michál Cohen jointly received the ''Architects' Journal'' inaugural Woman Architect of the Year Award in 2012 The judges cited the "consistent quality of their architecture, combined with the ethos of the practice," remarking upon their "active involvement with the RIBA and in teaching and examining at architecture schools".
